Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit made is non-refundable, this will begin the process of securing a date for your pet's delivery. The deposit will also include the pet-in-cabin fee.

Can I have more than one pet delivered at the same time?
Yes. We can accommodate up to two (2) small pets (weight restrictions apply) in one carrier delivered to the same drop off airport. If pets are picked up at the same airport and delivered to different buyers, the cost varies.

Do I need a pet carrier when I pick up my pet?
No. When booking your delivery you will have the option of choosing the breeder to provide a carrier or SkyPetz provides a new carrier for an additional cost which you keep when the pet is delivered.

Is there an additional pet-in-cabin fee?
Every delivery and every journey is unique. SkyPetz LLC pet-in-cabin fee is required at time of booking with your deposit.

What airline will my pet travel on?
Once we have booked your delivery, SkyPetz LLC will confirm all delivery details via email. All flights are subject to availability and can change at any time.

What happens if a flight is cancelled?
SkyPetz LLC has no control over cancelled, maintenance delays or weather delays. Our nannies work hard and do their best to find the next safest available flight and try to minimize any schedule disruptions. Your flexibility is much appreciated.

How many days in advance do I need to book?
The further out you book, the better your chances are to get the dates and times you are looking for. Although we do accommodate last minute bookings, we highly encourage bookings of 30 days or more in advanced. This ensures better availability for everyone, minimizing schedule conflicts.

Does the nanny accept tips?
Absolutely! We highly encourage our clients to reward our outstanding service provided by our nannies with monetary compensation for all they do throughout this special journey and keeping our fur-babies safe.

Where in the airport do I drop off/pick up my pet?
Airports vary in size therefore, SkyPetz LLC will have specific instructions on where to meet on day of arrival.

Do I need a Health Certificate for pet to travel within the US?
No. However, if you decide to include one please be sure it is addressed with the clients name and their proper information. Your breeder can assist with the pet travel paperwork that is necessary. Factors to consider may include meeting time frames for obtaining a health certificate, updating vaccinations, diagnostic testing, or administration of medications/treatments. There may be animal health requirements specific for a destination for international travel.

How can I track the flight my pet is on?
Tracking your fur-baby's flight is quite easy and available via multiple sites. Your SkyPetz LLC nanny will provide you with a link included with your delivery details.

Are nannies required to test for Covid19 prior to departure?
All of our nannies are required to acknowledge multiple health-checks before arriving at the airports in addition to when they check in for their flights. In the event a Nanny is unwell to successfully complete a delivery, they will notify us immediately of any symptoms so we can quickly reassign a Nanny to you. If a Nanny becomes unwell, they may not return to our operation or complete anymore deliveries until they have been cleared to do so by their healthcare provider.

If the nannies are flight attendants why should buyers pay for a confirmed airline ticket for the nanny?
Flight Attendants are not permitted to use their own personal work benefits, which are a privilege, for the convenience of our clients. Doing so may result and has resulted in termination from their full time jobs. Because of this, we DO NOT allow our Nannies to use their flight benefits with your fur-babies. Furthermore, Flight Attendant benefits involve standby flying which does not guarantee the delivery of your fur-babies. SkyPetz LLC coordinates with the clients to book the lowest possible fare that allows for flight flexibility due to potential changes or cancellations that may occur. If our Nannies flew standby with their benefits, we would not be as successful in completing the numerous deliveries we have done in the last 4 years and maintain the customer satisfaction we are proud of and known for.
